Description
There is legislation proposed for discussion at the next CLSA state board meeting that would require land surveyors to provide a note related to accuracy on survey work products based on a field survey. The legislation would also require public agencies to check for this note when accepting submittals of survey work products based on a field survey. In this webinar, Rich Maher and Landon Blake will discuss the proposed legislation, the reasons it is being proposed, and the way land surveyors will be able to meet the requirements of the legislation. Example survey work product accuracy notes will be shown and a couple of sample worksheets on calculating positional accuracy will be presented. Questions and feedback on the legislative proposal will be solicited at the end of the webinar.
