Description
May 28, 2021
Presented by Landon Blake, Redefined Horizons
In the first part of this webinar, Landon showed you how to download, process, and run loop closures on static GPS data from CORs and PBOs. In Part 2 of this webinar, Landon will show you how to run a minimally constrained least squares adjustment, calculate NAVD 88 elevations from information shown on an NGS datasheet, and how to calculate the accuracy of your network according to FGDC standards. Landon will also share tips and advice he received from other surveyors after Part 1 of the webinar. This includes how to select a geoid model, how to force static processing on import, how to use a two-point constraint in your adjustment (to calculate a basis-of-bearings), and when to consider minimum spacing between control points observed with GNSS. If time permits, Landon will show you how to add total station vectors to a static GNSS network.
